Restaurants near River Palm Cottages & Fish Camp

First, we had a table for two along the back wall that was only about 18” from other tables. Too close for us and not very private. Next, I had the Octopus, which I have never had. I didn’t care for it. It was not hot, just warm to cool and was a bit too tough for me. It mostly was me in not caring for it, not, the kitchens fault. It said it included crispy potatoes, but, all I got was small, round, sautéed potatoes that were mostly purple. They were ok, but, not crispy. My wife had the Bricklayer Steak, which was full of connecting tissue and fat. She didn’t care for it. She felt that we got better quality steak from Public’s. The atmosphere was nice and our server was great! We just ordered the wrong meals. Downtown Stuart is a beautiful city with tons of great shops!

Great food and beautiful setting. We ate outside on the deck. I think prices were right for the location and time of year.

I love Conchy Joe's Seafood. This is the first time we have gone on a weekday. It wasn't crowded. The service was very good. We were seated 20 minutes ahead of the reservation which was fabulous. The food was delicious as usual. There were 4 of us and we were all impressed with our dinner. Drinks were yummy. We had out of state guests and they loved it, the food, the atmosphere, the service. ConchyJoes did not disappoint.

Always have the best service. Food never disappoints. Drinks and prices keep us coming back. We highly recommend.
