Server was knowledgeable about every offering from cocktails to wine to all menu items and was correct on all counts. Outstanding lobster bisque, salads, and sides. The steaks were prepared perfectly and delicious. It’s really great to have a steakhouse of this caliber in Denver NC!

We loved our waitstaff, Wilson. Although it was packed for Valentine’s Day, the set menu was a smart choice and streamlined service. The suggested wine list was excellent. The dinner and dessert items also were excellent. We will return to Choplin’s and consider it a place to take out of town family. I plan work events so this will also be a small venue for me to consider for the future.

Our visit to Red Rocks was pleasant. We were seated promptly and our waiter greeted us shortly after sitting down. We sat up in the front of restaurant near the street which we had not sat in that area before. The food was excellent and the right temperature. Prices were quite high as seems to be the norm these days, which doesn’t sit well with me. Highly restricts our eating out.

Waitress was awesome, food was amazing. Best meal I have had in years. I recommend the Brussels sprouts, spare rib, halibut, spring and deviled appetizers. Delicious.

From start to finish, a wonderful Valentine day experience. Cyrus took excellent care of us and no hesitation in responding to our request to split the 3 course prime rib meal. You can tell management is adept at developing friendly, professional, and well-trained staff at Firebirds. Crab cake appetizer was very good. We consistently get the best attention and meals there which is why we return again and again.
