Skull Creek Dockside Restaurant, dropped its anchor in the Fall of 2017 and forever changed the culinary landscape of the Lowcountry. In early 2017 the partners of the restaurant began to transform it into their vision for Hilton Head's newest waterfront dining destination. This restaurant, which resembles an old-style river house, is full of authentic architecture, reclaimed wood, and nautical accents that leave you feeling like you've stepped into a Melville novel. The covered patio dining area, and massive outdoor bar, the shark bar, allows patrons to enjoy the Lowcountry climate and serve to further highlight the amazing sunset views over skull creek. My husband and I have been to WiseGuys numerous times over the years and have never been disappointed. The food and service is above and beyond in such a great setting. We enjoyed the porterhouse with whipped potatoes and asparagus. Delicious! For dessert we shared the bourbon bread pudding. Amazing flavor! We will be back.

Everything was outstanding! Beginning with one of the best servers I’ve been waited on in a long time. Very friendly, good conversation and prompt. The food was Hot and timely. Everything was fresh and flavorful. Manager Ben stopped by and greeted us as well as all tables and was really professional and informative. We will absolutely return!!

When over from the UK always meet friends for lunch at Janes. Always book in advance and request outside table. When we arrived today was told no outside table available which was disappointing.
