Restaurants near Courtyard Cottage of Healesville

Our group of six dined at this restaurant as we were staying locally at a winery. Meals our group had included Fish and Chips, Parma, Pork Chop and Bahn Mi. The Parma and Fish and Chip meals were massive meals and one of the largest Ive seen at a restaurant. I had the Bahn Mi which wasnt as good as at Vietnamese bakeries but acceptable. Our male server did mess up our order but a lovely female server came to the rescue and offered a free drink and opted to charge less for the inconvenience. Service alone was worthy of the four star rating.

Lovely setting and food is delicious. Great menu selection.

The Japanese dished were brilliant, from the sashimi and okonomiyaki, to the smoked salmon and beef dishes (and the meat balls!). Great service, lovely atmosphere, will be back again.

Herd is a fantastic restaurant - such a great find on our trip to Healesville. From the moment we stepped inside, the service was incredible. Beautiful ambience and delicious food - we both had their signature steak, and were not disappointed. We will definitely be back on our next trip!

Great atmosphere and service. Fantastic drinks. Only improvement may be for for the charcuterie board as you could provide better value for money. Other than that it's a great vineyard with fantastic wines.
