We came straight to Scottsdale so none of our palates were altered from the flavors they were familiar with. Casa Mia means "my home", and just like at home our food is made to meet our standards of taste. All of our ingredients are of the finest quality, from home made pastas, organic produce, and now organic grass fed beef.     Less is more. I was nervous about ordering the salmon due to the mixed reviews so I opted for something familiar and simple - a burger. And I’m so glad that I did. The patty itself wasn’t as tender as I would’ve liked but the combination of flavors with the bacon, cheese and arugula was amazing. I also opted for the truffle fries which came with a spicy mayo that was really good as well. Less is more. When in doubt, get the burger!

    Wonderful experience at this beautiful new restaurant - beautifull decor, attention to detail .. lovely china and serving dishes. Great staff looking professional in their attire. Everyone was so friendly, polite and knowledgeable about the menu ! Gary was great and a lovely chance to meet Michael who too was delightful. Our new favorite Italian restaurant. Who needs Cafe Monarch !

    What a lovely dinner with friends! Thomas, the GM, gave us VIP service with some delicious appetizers to start our evening. We really enjoyed John “Frenchie” our server and his top notch service and personality! Ember is a hidden gem and one of our favorite places to eat on special occasions!

    Food was amazing! Pasta strascinati, lobster pappardelle special, veal saltimbocca, and osso bucco were all fantastic. Can’t miss. Our waitress was great but service was a bit slow at the end. Definite hit in Scottsdale area!
