Restaurants near Veterans Memorial Park

This was our first visit. We were impressed. The fries were perfect — cut thin, fried to a nice crisp, and served steaming hot in a cone. Our sandwiches (shaved ribeye dip and fried chicken sando) were delicious. And our server was attentive and pleasant. We’ll be back.

Nicki and her team took great care of us! We sat in one of the semicircular booths in the bar area. The bartender whipped up a wonderful "Vesper" martini! We enjoyed calamari, meatballs, and roasted cauliflower. See you again, Ciao Bella - looking forward to the approaching patio season!

Excellent wait staff, high quality food. Wildfire delivers a consistently excellent experience. We had the dill crusted walleye, which for us is a bit different presentation than we would usually find in restaurants in this area. Very nicely done, with the crust not overpowering the fish and the lemon butter sauce complimenting it so well. The au gratin potatoes were delightfully cheesy. Creamed spinach is not for everyone but we like it a lot. Enjoyed the berry crunch dessert very much. This is one place that we come to for special occasions and we’ve never been disappointed.

Service was excellent , beer cheese soup is very good!
