Best tomahawk ever, and not only in Calgary. I guess four day marinading and other magic must take place, still we treasured every bite. Broccolini and mushrooms were great as the sides; stake tartar was perfectly balanced; the salmon crudo had a beautifully balanced marinade but was a touch off. The tying part for it was Tasha, she was fantastic, full of energy, leaving us with the image of our new best place to go to!
