Our centerpiece exhibition kitchen and wood-fired oven invites you to watch as entrees are grilled to perfection above a natural flame. Our Dress code here at The Club at Ocala Preserve & The Salted Brick is resort casual. This includes no ripped jean, no gym attire, no flip-flops, no T-shirts or tank tops.     Our son lives in Ocala, and we make it a point to eat at Marks every time we visit, and we’ve never been disappointed. Restaurant is very well run and the servers focus on delivering a great customer experience.

    First time at this steakhouse and it was not disappointing. The hearts of palm salad was great, the steaks outstanding and the brussels sprouts the best I have ever had. Great vibe and really good service. Its pricey but isn't everything nowadays! Great for a special occasion, but it was packed on a Wednesday night, so I guess its good anytime...Thanks to the staff for our anniversary dessert.

    Celebrated our anniversary here. They made it e tremely special. It was a slow paced meal, which we very much appreciated. I had the stone fruit salad, which was delicious, followed by the diver scallops. Again delicious. My husband had the heirloom tomato salad, which he very much enjoyed and also the diver scallops. The whole experience was wonderful. It was a Monday night and the restaurant wasn’t more than half full. Very quiet. Sarah, our waitress , was the most enjoyable person. We had a fabulous night.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at The Salted Brick. The food was delicious and our waitress was very attentive. Looking forward to another visit.
