It took a while to get our coffees, but other than that, the food was absolutely delicious. The six of us agreed that it may have been the best breakfast we have had in the LA area.

Shrimp was obliterated don’t recommend it but the rest of the food was amazing. Diver scallops were very good. The pasta and salads are great, arancini was on point, spinach was bland but cooked very well. Chocolate Torta is to die for

Another spectacular meal at Gjelina. I've made it my mission to work my way through the menu, and last night I tried the orecchiette with beef cheek bolognese, Japanese turnip and coal-roasted cabbage - all excellent. Special props to the orecchiette. The pasta was perfectly al dente, the sauce was rich and savory and the addition of the dollop of ricotta bound all the elements together beautifully. Loved it.

Overall, this was a good experience. We had the duck and filet mignon, both of which were cooked to our liking. Also had the stuffed baked potato, which was huge. If you’re a carnivore you should add this restaurant to your list.

Great spot for lunch and dinner in the Marina. Food is always fresh and piping hot. First class service from top to bottom. Would recommend.
