With that in mind, Aunt Jake’s core mission is to bring high-quality fresh ingredients daily to craft our handmade pasta and sauces health-consciously. I have been to Adria several times and it continues to be a delight. The food is great, the service is great, and the restaurant is sophisticated with great lighting and comfortable seating. I particularly like the meatballs and the prosciutto and mozzarella as appetizers, both exquisite. I’ve had the lamb, the halibut, and the paccheri with lobster and all are outstanding. Will definitely be going back again and again.
