Restaurants near Adams Station

Menu had good variety. Food was tasty and nicely prepared, though not stellar. Wine was very good. Service was a bit slow.

To be clear, I’m a big fan of the Bedford Springs resort, but the upscale dining options there have always felt…underwhelming. I dined on a Saturday night in the Crystal Room. I like the way the Crystal room presents, with simple, but classic decor right in the heart of the hotel. But the menu is very conservative and rather limited, and quite expensive, so it can’t help but be a little disappointing. My partner had the salmon and I had the pork medallions: both were good, solid, well prepared, and flavorful. Our server was very nice, attentive and charming. Our food came out in a very timely fashion. I’ll dine there again I’m sure, and my guess is that when I do I will again wish the prices matched the overall experience a bit better.

We celebrated my wife’s birthday with our two neighbors. Everything was wonderful. We had drinks with the Nachos Grande. The portion was generous, even for four people to share. We also ordered the three December specials-quesadilla, pork egg roll bowl , and kielbasa with BBQ sauce, slaw and fries. All the food was delicious. Our server, Rose, took care of us and treated us like family. Although we were focused on my wife’s birthday there also several games being shown on the multiple TV’s as well as live entertainment. No wonder this is my wife’s favorite place to go for dinner.

My friend and I had the three branches dinner . It was so delicious! Preceded by a glass of champagne. The host told us the story of the restaurant and the property. The server was excellent. We were stuffed so had no room for dessert. The chef was kind enough to wrap it to go. Worth the trip from Ohiopyle!

Lovely dry wines flight and a very good salami pizza! Emily was a very attentive server.
