Skull Creek Dockside Restaurant, dropped its anchor in the Fall of 2017 and forever changed the culinary landscape of the Lowcountry. In early 2017 the partners of the restaurant began to transform it into their vision for Hilton Head's newest waterfront dining destination. Fabulous experience. Typically I am reluctant to order steak when dining out but have no regrets here. The Tenderloin was a CB perfect medium rare and and a great cut of meat. Portions were reasonable and the service was great. We will be back for sure.

We had a wonderful family dinner at this restaurant. The hibachi experience was outstanding, and the food was delicious. Our chef was wonderful and made us feel welcomed and appreciated. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone!

WiseGuys is always a fantastic dining experience. We have been eating there for a number of years and it never fails to impress us. Definitely make it one of your regular stops. Our group this time enjoyed the firecracker shrimp app, Cesar salad, shrimp bisque, meatloaf, beef filets, sides of mashed potatoes, Brussels sprouts, and creamed spinach. We finished the evening with apple crisp with cinnamon ice cream and cheesecake. Yum! Oh and the wine and a dirty martini washed it all down. The service is just as good as the food. Can’t wait to return!
