Scott was our Waiter and he was Excellent. We had the Roast Beef and it was the best Roast Beef ever ! Fingerling potatoes & baby carrots and greens. Started off with Butternut Squash soup and finished with a fancy vanilla ice cream dessert.

Andrew was an exceptional server. Very attentive, fast service and really kind. We were shocked how quickly our drinks and meals came especially given that it’s such a busy time of year with the holidays. Everything was cooked perfectly. Delicious !

Great experience. The Waterdown location absolutely has its customer as the focus. Right from the greeting at arrival to the seating and settling in you can tell it’s an efficiently run organization. It was an extremely busy evening yet our whole table felt we were the focus. Our waiter Jeff did an outstanding job of juggling multiple tables of guests and insuring everything flowed smoothly. The food was top notch, steaks cooked perfectly, great veggies on the side, salads were fresh and crisp. It was nice to go to a restaurant where things worked well without the drama or disappointments we have experienced at other establishments. Great job by all the Keg staff.

My fiancee and I went to Earls for our anniversary and it was so special, the service was exceptional, and the food came out timely and delicious. We had the yuzu calamari as our appetizer and it was cooked to perfection! So tender and juicy. For our entrees we both got the 9oz steaks; whoever made them really knows how to cook! It was buttery smooth and seasoned with just the right amount. Overall a 10/10 experience.

As usual, the Monday night 1/2 price pasta, and wine specials were excellent. I try and do my girls night out every Monday with a different friend so they can enjoy the experience as much as I do The wait staff are terrific.  I highly recommend you try the restaurant out if you haven’t been before!
