We have choosen the Boefish experience plate. we ends up having many different meal and it was just amazing the taste of each of them was clearly different and you could feel an evolution and kitchen precision

We stopped in Magog on our way from Quebec City and Alessa Tratoria had been recommended by family and they were correct. This was a modern design with plenty of light and an open kitchen. The was easy conversation because it wasn’t loud the service was prompt and efficient and the food was fabulous. Four of us had different entrees and everyone was raving. The wine 🍷 list was extensive as well. The Alessa Tratoria is an excellent restaurant

Thanksgiving dinner buffet was great this year, with plentiful food and quick cheerful service. The restaurant had staffed up and prepared food based on an expected large crowd, but a winter storm prompted many cancelled reservations. Those who made it to dinner, largely hotel guests, enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere.

We were a group of eight celebrating a birthday. We were seated in a private room which was perfect. They accommodated the two vegans. Food was delicious

Wonderful dining experience! Attention to detail! Creative dishes, ie Halibut w Jerusalem artichoke served 3 ways… yum! Ambiance casual elegance w beautiful gas open fireplace. Elain was a superb host!
