Restaurants near American Legion Park

We had read prior reviews and so we did a good job ordering. As in other reviews, the chicken paillard was fantastic. It was very moist and in our opinion was not overly salty. The accompanying greens were good but had a little more vinegar than we would prefer. The mashed potatoes were amazing, favorite thing we ate!! The burger and fries were good as were the biscuits. We had read that the pretzel bites were hard and are glad we did not order them as we overheard the table next to us say the exact same thing that we had read. And we also heard someone commenting that the artichoke dip wasn’t so great and that it needed more cheese. Stick with the biscuit appetizer.

Great service! Waiter recommended dishes . The Lobster Rolls were so good! Everyone enjoyed business lunch!! Just as good as dinner!

The owners, staff, and thought here are worth every minute of the drive down. The owner was sure to visit with us, regaling the story and concept of their farm to table. WORTH THE VISIT!!

We dined on Christmas Eve with a rather large party. The food is good. The filet was the best plate, in my opinion (we tried almost one of every entree). Nice presentation of food. The service, unfortunately, was not at the level of the food. The servers are extremely nice, just not trained properly for what would be expected at a typical five star restaurant.
