Alex was awesome. She did an amazing job. The food was great and the atmosphere is always amazing.

The bartender mixed amazing fresh fruit drinks. The weight staff was all very friendly and professional. We were disappointed the lobster bisque did not taste like lobster at all. We could not pinpoint the flavor. Years ago it was the best here, but the recipe must've changed. Our entrées and dessert were very good. Could have had a little more flavor. Very tender steak and delicious potatoes.

The Republic Chophouse is excellent! While you automatically think steak, they have outstanding seafood. Last evening my wife had the salmon and I had the Chilean sea bass with both being delicious.

Lovely ambiance, comfortable seating. Pistachio encrusted salmon and Filet Mignon were excellent. The Brussel Sprouts were drowning in liquid. The pan-shaped homemade bread lacked in flavor and had poor presentation.

Took my family here before a DePere Deacons hockey game. We all LOVED it! Great service. The food was affordable and amazing! Great experience! My son loved the wood-fired pizza. My husband and I tried a couple of their beers and enjoyed them. We will be back.
