Welcome to the Steam Plant Restaurant and Brew Pub! This historical building actually functioned as a steam plant between 1916 and 1986, when the last boiler was shut down in December of that year.Then years later, the old plant was transformed from a dirty, drab industrial behemoth into a cathedral-bright architectural showcase becoming a functional commercial space while maintaining as much history and equipment as possible within the rigid guidelines of historic renovation. Fortunately, the iconic twin stacks continue to lend a uniqueness to the Spokane skyline. Since reopening in November 2021, the Steam Plant has partnered with Grain Shed Brewing whose beers are made with regionally sourced ingredients. We loved our server Jessica! She was incredibly kind and just an overall joy. The calamari was crispy and hot. I loved my blood orange glazed salmon and the amalfi coast cocktail. And of course the pea salad and crème brûlée are always a must here!

Best food and service - taquitos are unique, harvest salad is fresh w pretty presentation, and entrees were great! Our party had the filet mignon and also the Meyer’s chicken entrees - all excellent in preparation, flavor, and artistic display. The shared desserts were a hit- chocolate and especially the coconut cake! Travis provided exceptional service! We will be back!

Me and my girlfriend have been to churchill’s, so we invited my girlfriend’s sister and her husband. They both was very excited and amazed of the place. Food is always a 5 star, the service is a 5 star. It’s a very fancy steak house.

I went to Sorella to celebrate my birthday and was treated like royalty! Celebratory Prosecco and a card greeted me at my table. The food was fabulous as always and the service was delightful. I am never disappointed at Sorella and they continue to make every visit wonderful. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone!
