The Depot Restaurant - Seaview features casual fine dining offering a Chef's Table to watch owner Chef Michael Lalewicz perform his magic from a display kitchen.     4Jan2025-This was our 2nd time to The Depot. Did not disappoint!! Wild boar gnocchi had a great flavor and super tender with tasty sauce. My husband had rack of lamb and devoured everything down to the bone…his new favorite!! Bread pudding was wonderful warm, with the sauce and scoop of ice cream. Service was great and food was hot, which can be my pet peeve at restaurants if not served hot….truly exceptional!

    The server and the trainee were very nice and efficient. The food is always good and the restaurant location is perfect for us. We were disappointed to find out when we got here “not when we made the reservation” they were not serving breakfast. Not that previous notification about no breakfast would have changed our plans to visit but we would have made breakfast plans in advance. Full disclosure means no surprises and/or disappointment.

    Excellent restaurant in every respect; food, service, decor, you name it. This is a genuine diamond in the rough. I will never understand how a small town restaurant can find such talented kitchen staff. Pretty amazing. You won't be disappointed.
