Food and atmosphere was great. Service was very slow despite a 5 pm dinner booking. I had to catch a flight and told waiter after slow delivery of appetizers that I had to leave in 45 mins and it still took 35 mins to get my main course so despite having over 90 mins set aside I had 10 mins to eat my mail meal.

The food was fantastic. Wonderful dining experience.

It was a bit noisy for me but the food and service were fantastic. Honestly, I’ve never had a bad experience at a Landry’s restaurant.

Extraordinary by any measure. Our go-to restaurant for a special dining experience. Lots of choices in Jacksonville but Ruth's Chris never disappoints. Long-time fan of the chain locations in San Diego and Scottsdale but this one rises to the top by far. Two managers strolling about making sure everything is perfect (it was) and manager Skylar's brief visits were appropriate and never intrusive. Of course we'll return.

My husband and I are visiting from out of town and wanted to take advantage of a date night. I saw really great reviews and decided to give City Grille a try. We were not disappointed. Our server, Kevin, was knowledgeable and very attentive. He offered recommendations based on what my husband and I like. I had the Oysters Rockefeller, Sea Scallops, and Espresso Bread Pudding. My husband had a Caesar salad, Beef Tenderloin with black garlic butter, whipped potatoes, and the creme brulee. Everything was absolutely delicious! The drinks were great and reasonably priced too. I would highly recommend City Grille and we'll definitely be back the next time we're in town!
