The food was so good. And the service was excellent, and the prices are good. Such a good place to eat. I go there all the time I love it.

Everything was wonderful. Food was exceptional as well as service. I ordered Caesar salad with Scallops as an entree with sides of crispy Brussel Sprouts , Toasted Cauliflower and truffle Parmeseam fries. All of it tasted exquisite. Don’t forget the desserts - I chose the Chocolate Royal which was very rich and delectable!

Had a lovely 3-course Prix Fixe dinner at Del Lago. We sat at a table by the windows overlooking the lake, with all the trees decorated with white lights - magical. I had the Rigatoni Ai Funghi (sauce was excellent), and my husband had the Chicken Milanese (not over-breaded; it was well-seasoned). The Tiramisu for dessert, soaked in espresso, was also really good.

I can’t say enough about the service. We messed up our reservation. We thought we had reservations for the Bowling alley and for the restaurant. The Hostess Brook apologized for what was my mistake. We sat and had drinks before our dinner. Gabrielle, our server was attentive and greeted us with a smile. Before dinner the hostess Brook recognize we were still there and asked if we wanted to fill in a cancellation slot! I believe she went out of her way to make sure we had a great experience. We were also excited to see that we had Gabrielle as our server once we got to our bowling lane. Overall great experience and would recommend to anybody staying at the Broadmoor! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our family had an exquisite experience dining at Summit last night. The service was impeccable, the food was not only delicious but presented and served in a creative and beautiful manner. Our server Indiana was a perfect combination of attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The support staff was also excellent. The dishes were so tasty - especially the wagyu steak frites, the side of mushrooms and the very fun chocolate sphere dessert. The restaurant was bustling but it never was too loud to hold conversation. This will be a dining experience we will recall for a very long time!
