- LLauraNew York City •13 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoMy husband celebrated our anniversary at Amelia Gene’s. We had a handwritten note from the chef when we arrived ❤️ I had a lovely glass of Sauvignon Blanc (one of the French varietals - I can’t remember which now), and my husband had the Shadow Woman cocktail (I don’t normally like bourbon, but this drink was delicious.). We split the burrata starter, the pappardelle, the NY strip, and the carrot cake. It was all excellent, but the “steak and cake” were my favorites. The service was great, and the space had a nice flow and wasn’t too loud. I highly recommend AG’s if you’re looking for a special occasion spot!More infoAmelia Gene'sPrice: Expensive• American• Downtown•4.8
- MMelissaMemphis •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoMy husband and I celebrated our anniversary, and we very much enjoyed our meal. We mixed and matched our flights. Favorites were elk tenderloin and Chilean sea bass! The soup flight and classic dessert flight were also delicious. We were seated next to the bar, making it a bit cramped and noisy so ambiance was not the best. Otherwise exceptional food and dining experience!More infoFlight Restaurant & Wine BarPrice: Expensive• American• Downtown•4.9
- RRubenMemphis •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoI recently had the pleasure of dining at Texas de Brazil in Memphis, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment you walk through the door, you're enveloped in an atmosphere of warmth and hospitality, enhanced by the rustic yet elegant decor. The quality of the food at Texas de Brazil is simply outstanding. The meat selection, a highlight of their churrascaria style, is unparalleled. Each cut, from the juicy lamb to the savory picanha, was cooked to perfection, showcasing the rich flavors of the grill. The variety of meats, all seasoned and prepared with care, ensured that every bite was a delight. The side dishes complemented the meats beautifully, with the cheese bread and the lobster brisquet standing out as personal favorites. The service was equally impressive, with servers who were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about the dining experience they were providing. They managed the continuous flow of meats with such grace, ensuring no one's plate was ever empty for long. The diligence and attentiveness of the staff made the dining experience seamless and enjoyable. What truly elevated our visit was the impressive leadership of the manager. Their presence was felt throughout the lunch, not just through their oversight but through their active engagement with both staff and guests. The manager's leadership was evident in the well-coordinated team and the smooth operation of the restaurant, despite being busy. They took the time to visit tables, ensuring customer satisfaction, and their passion for providing an excellent dining experience was infectious. In summary, Texas de Brazil in Memphis offers an exceptional dining experience characterized by high-quality food, diligent service, and exemplary management. Whether you're a local or just visiting, this is a must-try for anyone looking for a memorable meal.More infoTexas de Brazil - MemphisPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Memphis•4.5
