Bereits 1355 wurde das Areal errichtet und als Schlachthaus genutzt. 1878 wurde der Betrieb jedoch stillgelegt und auf das andere Ufer des Proviantbaches verlegt. Great food and service. We have been going to Maximilian's for a number of years now. The quality of the food prepared there is always very good and of consistent high quality. The service is impeccable. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The very same should be said about - and applies to -the 3M Bar and, of course, Sartory.
