Excellent food and service. Very good wine and a good value.

We went for my wife's birthday. The food and server were both excellent. We started with their seafood tower that was customized to our likes and it was great. My wife had the scallops and she said they were probably the best she had ever had. I had the strip steak which was done to perfection with great flavor. Rose was our server and she did an excellent job in giding us through the meal. In all, it was a very good experience.

Our server, Phillip Jolly, was friendly, knowledgeable about the evening options, and made wonderful recommendations. The filet was perfectly cooked, and the Brussels sprouts were tender and flavorful.

Del Mar is my new go-to spot! I love the ambience, love the menu and our service has always been impeccable. I can't say enough good things about the Dirty Martini with the addition of some blue cheese olives. It is perfection! The Serrano Jamon and spiced feta dip are two more of our favorites but honestly, everything we have tried has been terrific. Really love this new spot in Easton!

Great place to eat. Bon was great and so was Emily. Great experience. It is a little loud, but it’s worth it. Haha!
