We had an exceptional dining experience at Jeff Ruby’s Carlo & Johnny, and our server, Ashley, made it absolutely unforgettable. We were thrilled to be seated in her section again, as she had served us before and left a lasting impression. Ashley’s service was nothing short of impeccable—her attention to detail, professionalism, and warmth elevated our evening. She has an incredible ability to recommend the perfect cocktail, dessert, and after-dinner beverages, tailoring her suggestions to match our preferences perfectly. Her knowledge of the menu and drink offerings is second to none, and her recommendations truly enhanced our experience. The service at Carlo & Johnny is consistently the best in the city, and Ashley exemplifies the excellence that Jeff Ruby’s is known for. Our waiter was amazing. Never had to ask for anything. The food was delicious. The only thing that I found disheartening was having to wait at the bar until the last 2 people in our party arrived.

Isabelle provided exceptional service during my recent dining experience. While the food was satisfactory for the price, her outstanding attention to detail and warm demeanor made the evening truly memorable. Her professionalism and genuine desire to ensure our satisfaction were evident throughout our meal.

Mary did a nice job, kitchen added bacon to a salad after requesting none, I should have sent it back so it’s on me. The food was good otherwise.
