Restaurants near Bone Cave State Park

Fun dining experience. Good food. Great time with our grownup kids.

This was our second visit and everything was as amazing as the first. We tried the Tavern Steak and Schnitzel and both were amazing. The favorite part of our meal remains the homemade soft serve vanilla ice cream.

we loved it , will definitely come back , this was our first time and it was on Valentine’s Day so I was a little disappointed because I was told they don’t have food just appetizers so I had went on their menu and knew what I wanted before. I got there and ate a little something at home first and then when we got there, it was a fixed menu for Valentine’s Day and there was food which of course we didn’t eat all because we weren’t as hungry and I didn’t get the board with all the cheese and goodies that I wanted, but there’s always next time

When we arrived for our 5pm reservation on Valentines Day, the CROWD waiting to be seated extended out the door! We gave our name to the Host and and showed them our Open Table confirmation and she said, “we have your table ready for you”. We were immediately seated. When we left the restaurant 90 minutes later, the waiting crowd still extended out the door. Everyone in my party was so impressed with Open Table that they all downloaded the app and agreed OT is the only way to go! Thank you!

We had an excellent server; very prompt and she had a great attitude. The food was great, and the Brussels Sprouts were the best I’ve tasted anywhere. We had crab legs and they were good but we’re too expensive for what they were. It was an expensive meal but we enjoyed it.
