Fantastic lunch with my sister who'd come up from Sussex for the day. Welcomed on arrival and allowed to chose a table. Prompt, polite service, food and drinks came very quickly. Excellent fish and chips, couldn't manage a pudding, but they all sounded nice. Would highly recommend this pub, they've got it so right, well done to all concerned, we'll be back.

We always have an amazing dining experience at Redcoats. Front of house and serving staff are always friendly and attentive. The restaurant was dealing with power and gas outages due to the extreme weather, but we were still very well looked after and had a very enjoyable meal. Our server Tracy kept us updated and was very helpful despite being very busy!

Seating was perfect. It was busy but there was no waiting to order. The food was delicious the meat in the shepherds pie was quality. My fellow diners had the steak and chicken burger and all said was perfect . Really great atmosphere and lots of happy people .

2nd time I ate at the Tapas for lunch & been very impressed with the service & specially the food - we had 4 rounds of tapas which basically covered the menu. Loved the hop beer 🍺 will go again soon

As usual a lovely evening with excellent service and food. Took my brother for his birthday and he certainly enjoyed his Octopus, ribeye steak and chocolate dessert. The complimentary shot at the end was much appreciated.
