- RRichardLondon •3 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoOur second time to the Butt Inn and again we were delighted by the Sunday dinner and quantity. The food is home cooked quality and absolutely delicious. The staff as before are great, friendly and attentive. You can’t leave a tip on card so it will need to be cash, we remembered from our first trip. Lovely experience at ChristmasMore infoButt InnPrice: Moderate• Pub• Aldermaston•4.7
- RRebeccaBerkshire •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoWe had a lovely company Christmas gathering. The Pot Kiln did not disappoint! From starters to puddings we had a delicious array of Tapas, we took advantage of the sharer meals - the ribeye was lovely, as was the lamb - not that I saw much of that! which goes to show how enjoyable it was. Puddings were scrumptious and the wines flowed. Thank you Pot Kiln for making our evening enjoyable - Great Food and Great people!More infoThe Pot KilnPrice: Expensive• British• Yattendon•4.6
- RrichardOxford/Oxfordshire •2 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoPerfect destination - met friends for a Christmas get together. Started with a few drinks at the bar before seating at our table in the original pub area by a lovely open fire. Very congenial service. We weren't the easiest group to deal with but the person who took our order handled us with utter professionalism and good humour. It made for a memorable afternoon . We will be back. ps slow roast leg of lamb for two is sensational. A must for any meat eater.More infoThe Royal Oak - YattendonPrice: Expensive• English• Yattendon•4.6
- PPaulLondon •2 reviews5.0Dined on 15 Dec 2024We had a fantastic Sunday lunch recently at the Old Boot Inn with a group consisting of 4 adults and 4 children. The playground outside is a massive bonus point. Apart from a minor hiccup with 1 of the kids meals all of the rest was delicious. A lovely, cosy country pub.More infoThe Old Boot InnPrice: Expensive• Gastro Pub• Beenham•4.2
- DDeanaLondon •22 reviews4.0Dined on 12 Dec 2024The food was faultless but the service was awful We had to mask for more drinks The bread wasn’t cleared away before we got our starters. We only got 3 or the 4 starters and it was quite a while before the last one came with no apology. The. our main came and they hadn’t cleared the starters and my friend still had her start plate in front of her whilst she was eating her dinner. They came to clear our mains but never asked if we enjoyed it at all through the whole meal All the food was delicious but the service was awful and we didn’t pay the service charge. The staff seemed very disinterested in us and not at all attentive towards us having an enjoyable experience A shame but probably won’t come againMore infoThe Spring InnPrice: Moderate• English• Burghfield•3.8
