La Masseria Restaurant is inspired from ancient fortified farmhouses that in the Puglia Region of Italy are called “Masseria”. Executive Chef/Co-Owner, Pino Coladonato, grew up on a Farm in Puglia. He was forced to eat whatever was available but soon was tired of bean puree and decided to take matters into his own hands, creating new ways to use the same few ingredients. Now, with limitless ingredients to choose from, fava beans, chickpeas and lentils are still a core element in many of his entrees. Interior Designer Libby Langdon has created a warm, inviting dining atmosphere. Rustic and relaxed, with plenty of old world charm. Oversized iron sconces custom made from antique wrought iron gates punctuate the walls, and artful displays of antique farm tools mixed with various authentic Italian photographs all add to the farmhouse appeal. The wine list encompasses all regions of Italy with few of the best American and the rest of the world.

Tapas originated in Andalucia, a Southern province of Spain, and are considered a fundamental way of life. These tasty small dishes are traditional Spanish dishes found in every bar, cafe, restaurant, and home.     Sombra was excellent! We had the nicest server. The food was outstanding! Highly recommend the margarita flight. The Italian margarita was my favorite! The guacamole flight was so good!

    Dinner was fabulous as the service and food were excellent! The restaurant is always clean and nest. The only complaint I could say is someone really needs to address the water temperature in the ladies room bathroom sink, it’s ice cold. I always prefer to wash my hands in warm water. Otherwise, it’s perfection!

    Our first time here and we were enticed by the Providence Restaurant Weeks menu. It was fabulous. Large selection of appetizers, entrees and desserts all for $40 per person. Everything was absolutely delicious and our server, John, was detail oriented yet he never intruded or interrupted. We give this restaurant five stars. We will definitely be back!
