Welcome to the Downtown Kitchen. We have one goal in mind when we open our doors every day - "To do whatever it takes to create the best dining experience possible.' That means buying certified Angus beef, Ashley Farms chicken, New Zealand Spring lamb, dayboat fish and fresh local produce. We change our menus daily according to market and season availability. Our style of cooking is defined as simplicity at its best. We built the restaurant to elevate the guests' level of comfort. The bar, tables, and booths were custom-made by a local wood worker. And we searched the nation for unique works of Art to deck our walls. Music of Blues and Rock greats fill the air. Service is as important as the food.     Very nice ambience. It was a date night for us, but lots of families around us with young children which wasn’t a problem at all. The sounds of the open kitchen compensated for any noise the kids may have been making before the live music started. Once the music started, the noise level was still at level to carry on a conversation. We were in the middle back of the room. Music was at the front door near the bar. The food never disappoints. We had 2 appetizers, goat cheese ball and tuna tetake. Both fabulous! For the mains, I had the grouper. My husband had the crab cakes. Both excellent! We will definitely be back.

    From the moment we arrived at the restaurant, it was an incredible experience. Staff was very welcoming and obliging to our request. Out server, Aiden had actually served us at another restaurant so we were pleasantly surprised to see him at Downtown Kitchen. Extremely personable young man with an incredible memory for Detail.     Our 1st experience was FANTASTIC!! I would highly recommend trying it out!! The meal was probably the best food we’ve had in the Canton area! Don’t get me wrong, all the other favorites are top notch, but this was just better, and it was quick!! Awesome environment and ambiance!!
