Restaurants near Casa Carlos

Food took two hours to get to our table, it was a 3 hr long dinner. I was unimpressed with the flavors and wait time for our dinner. It was our first time dining with them so I shouldn’t knock them. We had Carbón Cabron 2 nights before and they set the standard for wood fired cooking in Cabo, we even ate there twice during our trip. Flavors had little dimension and depth, mild and weak at times.

Absolutely, OUTSTANDING! For a Michelin rated restaurant, this restaurant is fairly priced and not overpriced which makes me want to ALWAYS recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone that visits Cabo. We tried almost everything on the menu (we had a party of 6 foodies) and shared -- every dish was bursting with flavor.

Great food - the burrata was amazing and came on a bed of green beans and salsa macha, a Mexican version of chili oil. Ordered the roasted cauliflower and found it to be a great vegetarian option. For mains, we ordered the lobster tortellini in a butternut squash sauce and the parpardelle in a ragu sauce. Food was great quality with good portions (cauliflower was a bit on the smaller side though, even for an appetizer). The desserts were good but, compared to the food, a bit underwhelming. In terms of drinks, they have great non-alcoholic options and a cocktail list with a variety of different liquors as a base for each one. Their wine list offers a great selection from different countries as well.
