I’ve dined at kachka more times than I can count and this was among the very best! Food and drink were impeccable. The dumplings and rabbit were superb. Always love herring under a fur coat!! I will be back…many times over.

Our daughter lives in the Portland region, we in Seattle. This was our second dinner at Laurelhurst market, and again the food, service, and experience were exceptional. Nostrana is an outstanding restaurant. The dining room and bar are quite beautiful and nicely furnished with quality design elements. The service was fast, friendly and efficient. The food was delicious with generous portions. We shared the wonderful Insalata Nostrana with radicchio, Parmesan Cheese, Caesar dressing and rosemary & sage croutons. For our Primi course we had the Gigli Pasta which was delightful and our Secondo course was the Mushroom stuffed Idaho Trout with mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts. The trout was perfectly fried and deboned and, was topped by a generous dollop of black truffle butter which made it a very special dish. Nostrana is what a fine dining Italian Restaurant should aspire to. We’ll be back!

What a lovely place! Staff is friendly and the food is delicious. I had the shaking beef. It was tender and not too spicy. My husband had the salt and pepper calamari which he loved. Other companions and the rice bowls. We started with the spring rolls which were some of the best I've ever had. The house wine is very good! Looking forward to dining there again. Highly recommend.
