The hostess staff was very friendly and sat us promptly. Our server was Sidney and she was amazing, friendly, and attentive. The pull-apart bread was delicious and the wagyu meatballs were great. We had the Caesar and dell salads. Both were fresh and very tasty. We ordered the 16 oz prime ribeyes. Flavor was great but my “medium” came out mostly medium rare. I couldn’t really eat it. Manager comped dessert for us but never came to the table. Was very disappointed that such a premiere steakhouse couldn’t get my steak temp right. $60 steaks should be perfect every time. Consistently great When it come to fresh fish in Charlotte there is little in the way of competition for Limani. Today was no exception. We had the Ice Box - a delicious assortment of oysters, shrimp and chilled King Crab. The Loup de Mer is their signature dish - recommend with Lemon Potatoes. Great job keeping service and food quality up to big city standards.

My gf and I got the valentine’s day experience, which was a three course, fixed price dinner option. We both got different things and shared, for a total of 6 dishes and 2 different wines. Literally everything was phenomenal, I’ve been to multiple high end restaurants in my life, including those with Michelin stars, and this was perhaps the best dinner I’ve ever had. Our server, wish I could remember his name, was super charismatic and funny but also incredibly attentive, a real professional. My only singular complaint was the noise level, but that’s mostly because we had an obnoxiously loud party next to us, it was tough to talk with them around but once they wrapped up and left, which was unfortunately at the dessert course, the atmosphere was perfect. Still, we both would rate this a 10/10 experience, I really wasn’t expecting it to be good, I went in with low expectations because most restaurants in Charlotte are middling, but this place is one of the very few worth revisiting.

A Must-Visit for Steak Aficionados Steak 48 is more than just a steakhouse; it's an experience. From the impeccable service to the mouthwatering food, everything about my visit was exceptional. If you're a steak lover looking for the best of the best, Steak 48 is a must-visit. It's definitely a splurge, but it's worth every penny. I can't wait to go back!

I appreciate there is not loud music - number one! A blue steak was perfectly blue. 💙 Excellent! Caesar & authentic dressing; truffle fries could have been a little crispier but appreciated all saucier work. Somm gave great info to us as guests and to the server presenting.
