The staff were very kind and accommodated. There was a special menu this night that we were unaware of because we go there for one thing, and it's the cod with passion fruit cream sauce. Which was not on the menu, but the chef was able to make it for us anyway. Which was awesome bc it was kind of a disappointment to see such a small variety of meals to choose from. I wanted a salad, but they didn't have any on the menu for that night, which was fine. I ended up getting the chicken Mozambique. Which was hit and delicious. The only complaint I had was that the chicken was steaming hot, but the rice was cold. I took a couple of bites and left it. Our overall time there was great. We have been here before with zero complaints, and that is why I still gave the 5 start rating. We will be coming back as always.More infoDouro SteakhousePrice: Expensive• Portuguese• Providence•4.3

- BBarryGreater Boston •8 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoWe always have a great experience at the Boat House in the summer, and eating there in February was as good if not better! The food was excellent; as my wife, who has celiac, went with the Grilled Salmon and root veggies and I went outside my comfort zone for the pastrami rubbed swordfish on rye with some terrifc cole slaw...their version of a reuben. The service was terrific and the prices more than reasonable. A great night out...I couldn't believe how full the restaurant was on a blustery night, but we were in and out in record time.More infoBoat House Waterfront DiningPrice: Moderate• Seafood• Tiverton•4.8
