From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, blending classic Tuscan charm with modern elegance. The highlight, of course, was the Bistecca alla Fiorentina. Perfectly prepared and bursting with flavor, it was a true masterpiece—a testament to the quality of the ingredients and the skill of the chefs. Each bite was tender, juicy, and seasoned to perfection, reminding me why this dish is world-renowned. The service was impeccable. The staff were knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the food and wine they served. They guided me through the menu with care, helping me choose the perfect pairings to enhance the meal. Every element of the evening—from the appetizers to the desserts—was flawless. The wine selection was outstanding, offering a curated collection of Tuscan gems that beautifully complemented the meal. Regina Bistecca isn’t just a restaurant; it’s an experience. Whether you’re a seasoned foodie or simply looking to savor authentic Tuscan cuisine, this is a place that will exceed your expectations. I left with a full heart and unforgettable memories. Highly recommend!More infoRegina BisteccaPrice: Very Expensive• Italian• San Giovanni•4.5

- BBennyVIPCharlotte •8 reviews5.0Dined on 26 Oct 2024This is a gem. For sure there are plenty of great restaurants in Bologna but La Fatica proved well worth seeking out. It’s located on a quiet back street and has a charming vibe. The food was excellent. I had Tagliatelle with mushrooms and then Contrafiletto di Vitello. The pasta was perfectly cooked and the mushrooms as good as they can be. The steak was grilled just right and came with oil and balsamico on a bed of ruccola. Yummy. The wine list had plenty of good options in the 25-30 Euro price range, I opted for a nice Refosco. Finally a note about the service. I think it was what set the place apart. Quick, attentive, professional and…should I call it personal? The best places in Italy can make you feel more like a guest than a customer. This is one of them.More infoLa Fatica - Antica OsteriaPrice: Expensive• Italian• Bologna•4.8
