- MMarthaWashington, D.C. Area •3 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoI had lunch with a native of Lebanon on 12/18/24. He said he grew up on grape leaves, and said Seray's were just like his mother made -- he absolutely loved them. He also thought that the level of spice in other dishes (yogurt with bread , chicken shwarma, meat pies), was a little mild, probably that way for the American palate. He4 said, overall, American palate= A; Lebanese palate = B. I have to say, I really liked all the dishes. For us older folk (that's me) with hearing aids, the noise level was bothersome -- turn up my hearing aids to hear my friend across the table and suffer the background noise, or turn them down to reduce the noise and have trouble hearing my friend. Go figure. Dino was our waiter and was perfect! Attentive, but not intrusive. My grade = A minus, only because of the noise level. Mike.More infoSerayPrice: Expensive• Lebanese• Vienna•4.6
- RRyanAustin •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoMy experience at 2941 was absolutely fantastic. My girlfriend and I dined there for her birthday, and we both ordered from the prix fixe menu. When we got there they gave us custom menus with her name on it, which I thought was pretty cool. I have a very severe nut allergy, and our server, I believe his name was Mike Z, took every precaution possible to ensure I was safe to eat there. The food was truly delicious also. I’m not much of a foodie, but everything we had was so good. We ordered the braised short ribs, and they fell apart in our mouths. Plus, we received two complimentary desserts on account of her birthday, and those were phenomenal as well. The service was outstanding, and though it wasn’t a cheap evening, it was manageable at the end of the night. I’ve paid much more for less food at restaurants in Ohio, so to get the quality of food and the beautiful setting at 2941 for less than I paid for at other places was a treat. When we were ready to leave, we asked for directions to the parking garage, and the hostess personally accompanied us to show us how to get to our car. The service was just wonderful all around. I’ll definitely be going back at some point!More info2941 RestaurantPrice: Expensive• French American• Falls Church•4.9

Too often casseroles are tasty to start then become a little boring. Not so with my casserole today!More infoTrue Food Kitchen - FairfaxPrice: Moderate• American• Fairfax•4.6
