The plains of Southern Brazil are filled with grazing cattle enjoying the vast pastures. These cattle are the source for the famous and centuries old Brazilian “Churrasco” barbecues. It was at these gatherings where Brazilian cowboys or “gauchos” would prepare large pieces of meat and slowly cook them over open flame pits. Our traditional gaucho chefs still follow these traditions to preserve the flavors of each cut of meat. We feature unlimited tableside service of different cuts of beef, pork, lamb, and chicken. We also feature a gourmet salad bar, and various traditional side dishes to complement the meats. You can control your service with a small green and red-sided card. The green side tells the gaucho chefs to bring out skewers of sizzling meats to the table while the red signals a stopping point. To re-start service, simply display the green side again.

We went to Credence to celebrate the holidays with our friends and the experience was beyond our expectations. The ambience was inviting, the food was excellent but the service is what blew us away! From start to finish- hostess, manager, to the servers - the attention we received was spectacular and really made the dinner special. Special thanks to our beautiful server, Anabela, what a gem. Excellent fresh Red Snapper. Large, tender chicken fried steak. Good wine selection. Attentive , friendly servers. Good coffee. Not impressed with the bread pudding….just a thick solid square of bread ( cake) with bananas foster sauce. I’ll try the Key Lime pie, next time. Also…interesting location…in a field…but it works! Dress code is more casual, than dressy. Will definitely be back.

Eating at the Brookwood Cafe is always enjoyable . The food is great and the service is excellent. BUT, the best part is the interaction with the Brookwood citizens, They are cheerful and love to talk with the patrons. If you have never dined there, you are missing a truly joyful experience!!
