We had an amazing birthday dinner thanks to Erick beginning with pristine wagyu beef carpaccio, a lovely reserve Brunello, and authentic al dente handmade pasta; one with stellar white truffle, kissed with butter and one with decadent lobster in a cherry tomato sauce. The chocolate roll cake with pistachio gelato and festive bubbly limoncello shooter were a memorable end to a wonderful evening.

Wonderful service, wonderful food , Delicious. We have been twice and have enjoyed it very much , we definitely recommend anyone who loves Asian food , sushi , everything was yum and the ambiance was on point

This was our 2nd Thanksgiving there and it was absolutely delicious. This year they allowed us to change items from the Thanksgiving menu to regular menu items - that was a huge hit with our table (especially the chocolate cake lovers). Fabio provided excellent service on a busy day. We love dining here throughout the year and highly recommend it to others looking for a really great dining experience in Doral.

This was our first time at Paco’s Way and we were pleasantly surprised. The set up of the tables and the stage were perfect. The ambiance, service, food and the Flamenco were on pointe. We were celebrating a birthday and the dancers came and put me on stage while they performed a song was such a great experience. They also played & sang Happy Birthday this meant a lot. This place is a gem and we will be back soon and will share the word. Keep it up
