The krō bär is an eclectic bar with a speakeasy vibe and a passion for spirits and great food with a nod to another era. Tucked away on Main Street in Bothell, a walkable neighborhood teaming with local art, culture and food, the artfully handcrafted krō bär has been reclaimed from the bones of Bothell’s historic hardware store in the Mohn building. The 16-foot-high tin ceilings, a hanging catwalk and the original wood floors were uncovered and restored.     My Wife and I have been going to the Keg for years and we love the food and the feel of the restaurant which makes it comforting and enjoyable. The menu has perfect combinations to your taste buds and drinks are great. You wont be disappointed and if you have any issues they are fast to fix. Thanks Keg for another great dinner and that special birthday desert you brought to the table with a candle and all. 12/21/24

    Truly lovely dining experience with friends. We have always had good food here, but the service has been spotty. This time the service was exceptional and consistent with he quality of the food and ambience of this historic venue. Our server’s suggestion of the specialty pork belly dish to share was a hit with everyone at the table. Her service was quick and well timed. She had a good sense of when to let us enjoy our drinks and appetizers and when to appear to take our order. We all enjoyed the sablefish which was wonderfully done in a unique presentation with cabbage. The room is a little noisy. The grounds and hotel are festively decorated for the holiday making it a nice place to celebrate the season with friends.
