Exactly what Revelstoke needed! They've managed to preserve the cozy and cool vibes of Dose, but transplanted them into an evening setting. It's the perfect date night spot, in my opinion, but I've also seen larger groups enjoying the place. The drinks menu boasts a variety of Italian wines, and Italian inspired cocktails - which I personally loved! The food menu is designed for sharing, with perfectly sized portions. Although it's concise, you'll want to try every dish. The simplicity of the menu is offset by incredibly appealing flavor profiles. The flavors are present, delicious, and harmonious! The service reminds me of the finest bistros in Montreal's Little Italy where I lived, friendly and elegant. I highly recommend this spot!

The food was absolutely outstanding—every dish was a culinary delight that exceeded expectations. While the prices were on the higher side, the quality, flavor, and presentation made it worth every penny. The ambiance and attentive service added to the overall exceptional dining experience. Highly recommend it for a special occasion or a treat-yourself night!

Excellent meal! Would eat here again! We had the Steak and Pork Ramen. Both delicious!

Great meal in Revelstoke. Fun atmosphere, but can get quite loud for a small place as there is little to muffle sound. Menu was very creative and truly enjoyable. It's a 3 course prix-fixe and each of the courses was well done.
