I had a fantastic experience at Silvestre’s! Being a solo traveler, I am wary of making reservations for one.. I was treated very special and made to feel at home! All the hosts were excellent and I was happy to be taken care of by Paloma! Excellence in everything Thank you

Just a fantastic experience end-to-end. Like to think I’ve been to many nice restaurants and I’d put Sikwa up there with any of them. Outstanding food, great drinks, and most importantly, world class service. Our waiter made our night with perfect recommendations, and on-the-house tastings - such genuine excitement about the food and Costa Rican heritage. A perfect first meal in Costa Rica that will be impossible to top!

Cocktails need some improvement, it’s ok to innovate a create your own, but do them right. Not necessarily because they are expensive means they’re gonna be good. Food was great do. Definitely would come back, just ask for water instead.
