We went on a Friday night for a tasting and dinner. The tasting was busy but Bianca was provided the best service to us and other guests. The wines were very good and she was able to suggest a swap out for one knowing what we liked. Dinner service was equally as great by Brian. He was able to get us an app that was almost out, and a swap of a salad instead of potatoes. This Cooper’s Hawk service goes above and beyond for its guests.

EXCELLENT evening! We went to Eddie V's for my mom's 90th birthday! It was phenomenal mainly because of the service we received from our waiter Phillip (Phil). The table was beautifully decorated with roses and a card from the staff. Phil was with us in minutes and offered to ice the Vueve Clicquot I brought. We then ordered the shellfish tower - Excellent; lobster bisque - amazing! 93 yr old dad wanted a steak but not 8oz - so Phil offered to split it and we could take the rest home to cook later. We weren't sure about the veggies we wanted; Phil offered to do a half order of the brussel sprouts and carrots (which were delish); I wasnt sure about the Tuna or scallops, so he suggested we do a side order of scallops and we were so happy we didn't miss out on them! The Tuna was cooked PERFECTLY. Dad's steak - hint of pink - cooked to perfection for him. Mom's sole was DELISH; she couldn't finish it all so we took it to go and Phil gave us a side of the wonderful sauce! THEN we decided to get the banana's foster, which none of us ever had before, and it was to die for! One of the best meals I've ever had in Michigan (I live in SF, CA). Definitely a special occasion place but I'm so happy we came here for her special day ! Many, MANY thanks to Phil who truly made Mom's 90th birthday a night to remember!

Excellent experience. Anthony did a wonderful table side dessert. Peppered noodle prepared table side superb. Great wine selection Ryan who was bartending hit the nail on the head. Service superb

The Scallops were delicious. Service was prompt and courteous with good food recommendations. Prices were reasonable for the quality if food, ambience, and selection
