Visit us on Ribbon Ridge, where we have something for everyone!At Trisaetum Winery, we specialize in Pinot Noir, Riesling, Chardonnay and Sparkling Wines. Daily, we offer a selection of flights, each with five wines you can enjoy in our art gallery tasting room or out on our covered patio. The tasting fee is $45-50 per person and fees are waived with a minimum purchase.We are also home to Brixeur Spirits, which was started by the team at Trisaetum in 2020. Mushrooms are the heart of what we do at the Joel Palmer House. We have always endeavored to obtain seasonal and local ingredients and we use many locally produced greens, herbs, and vegetables, some of which come from our own culinary garden. We are frequently inspired by ingredients found in the cuisines of France, China, Thailand, Poland and India, so we call our cooking "freestyle." We made a reservation two months ago with this authentic Italian restaurant . We took friends here that have never been. They thoroughly enjoyed every bite. We each had a different dish and everything absolutely loved their meal. The food was phenomenal as usual and we made an instant reservation while there for next month. Service phenomenal, food phenomenal and of course the owner came out to speak a little Italian to us and wish us the best for the holidays. Cannot wait to go back.

We went for Sunday Brunch at 11:30. The restaurant was busy but quiet. We were seated immediately. We enjoyed our server who we have had before. The menu had a good variety of appitizers, salads, and main courses. My wife had crab eggs Benedict and I had smoked salmon eggs Benedict. Both were excellent and we would highly recommend them. Dundee Bistro is a favorite restaurant of ours and we highly recommend it.
