Restaurants near Days Inn Shorter

We went to hear the Reaves band family of soul and celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. We made reservations for dinner and was seated immediately after we arrived. Order for our drinks were taken in a timely manner. The food came out in a reasonable time. The food was seasoned very well to enhance the taste the amount of food for the money was good. I gave 4 because the hush puppies were not on my order and I didn’t actually remember until I had left. We did have a great time and the music was excellent.

Excellent food! Service was impeccable. Really enjoyed the airline chicken! Onion rings were so addicting! Yummy yummy in my tummy …. Cannot find anything wrong with this restaurant..,. Completely perfection .

We had the most amazing server. I think his name was Kent or Kurt. Make sure you ask for him. He really cares about your experience and has the most welcoming personality!! Food was top tier as well. The 3 course meal with the sirloin was perfect temp and had so much flavor! I would definitely recommend Firebirds. It was so good!

Everything was good. We arrived much earlier than our reservations but the sweet and accommodating hostess provided a table quickly without hesitation. The food was delicious but somewhat overpriced. For example 4 sticks of asparagus was $8. Our waitress was good except close to the end. We had planned on coffee and dessert but she brought our ticket and disappeared. So we paid and left. She needs to remember, “it's not over until the fat lady sings”; which would have made her and the restaurant more money.

They are bery loud and the aerver couldn’t focuse on our family because of busywork
