This was our first visit to Rayson Winery, and it definitely will not be our last. Our food was incredibly delicious (mushroom raviolis with short rib and Coq au vin), service was friendly and attentive, and the restaurant atmosphere was cozy, yet luxurious. Staff let us sample a couple of wines before we decided on what we would order with dinner. We go back and forth on Hwy 40 between central NC and western NC quite a bit, and now have a great spot to stop for lunch or dinner, and have a glass of wine. Besides the outstanding food (you can actually see them cook your food from the window in the dining area), we were really impressed with the wine...no knock against the prior owners, but when it was Raylen Winery, we went once, didn't buy any wine and never went back. But under new ownership and under the Rayson name, the wine is outstanding. After our late lunch/early dinner, we did a wine tasting, where Levi gave an excellent job balancing multiple wine tasting parties while explaining the wines and answering lots of questions. We are red wine lovers, and purchased 3 bottles, but also a bottle of Riesling. I definitely encourage anyone to get a wine tasting before or after their meal. Thanks Rayson, we look forward to our next visit!

Consistency, consistency, consistency!!! Jolo has proven over again their excellence in service, product, and overall quality. You won’t go wrong with Jolo. Been a member for quite some time now and I absolutely love this place. Well done JW family and staff!

We went to celebrate my dad’s birthday and what an experience! We went a few days after Christmas and the restaurant was still decorated. We all ordered steaks and they were cooked to perfection. Perry, our waiter, was on point and attentive the whole night, recommended a great wine to pair with dinner and the peanut butter pie to end the meal. Overall an amazing dinner experience, we’ll definitely be back!

David was a phenomenal server and food was amazing!

Had a great time celebrating Christmas with our friends. Excellent wine and food just made it more enjoyable. Our waitress was attentive and responded quickly. Wonderful time.
