Flour any day of the week is awesome, so why not spend Valentine’s Day there! Food is amazingly consistent and delicious, the team that works there is always so nice and pleasant, and the wine, drinks, and dessert are yuuuummmy!

For being one of the busiest holidays (Valentine’s Day) the entire business was well prepared for the crowds. The entire staff was smiling and happy, from reception, to the hostess that seated us to our wait staff. And the food was absolutely delicious. The only bad thing was that I forgot to use my member birthday award…. I guess I’ll have to just go back!

It’s a beautiful restaurant. Not only was the ambience top notch, the food was outstanding. The desserts were mouth watering. We went there with our 1 year old baby girl and must say the place is absolutely kid friendly. They have high chairs and also provide sipper cups and napkins for your baby. The staff is very friendly, polite and cooperative. We would definitely visit the place again when travelling to Cleveland and recommend it 100%.

We went for Happy Hour, and it was great! Not only were the appetizers and pizza half off, but we also found out that all bottles of wine were half hour since it was Wednesday! Our server (Alec P) was awesome; he was very attentive and took great care of us! All of the food was delicious!

We had a lovely lunch with friends with a beautiful view of the Chagrin Falls. The staff was accommodating and helpful and our server was efficient, friendly, and unobtrusive. Food was delicious and plentiful. It’s a beautifully decorated space with comfortable seating. All in all, a great choice for a pleasant mid-week lunch. My only complaint is the parking meters in the adjacent lots…I’m not sure I’ve ever been to a restaurant where i had to pay a meter to park and dine. Didn’t care for that, as we had to rush out to put more coins in the meters while finishing our dessert and coffee.
