- DDorisVIPSan Diego •25 reviews5.0Dined todayAmalfi Lama is one of my favorite places to go. I’ve been there numerous times for dinner and they have great happy hour as well. My favorite waiter is Eugene. He is amazing. This evening was very quiet. Normally they have a DJ that plays loud music. The place is beautiful and has a nice ambience. - KKatieVIPSan Diego •15 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoThe ambience and service are the shining stars here. Food is very good but not sure worth the price. But hard to say anything bad because it was a very enjoyable night. Personally I’d save it for a more special evening than just an average night out. Even though it’s a very busy, loud and energetic place, our round booth table for six in the middle of the restaurant still felt very private.More infoJavier's - La JollaPrice: Moderate• Mexican• La Jolla•4.6
- DDr. ClaudineVIPOrange County •18 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoOur experience was one of a kind. The food was delicious, and the service was attentive without being over excessive— great balance. Everyone was helpful and kind. I wish I can give more than five stars. Being disabled, I was advised of the best routes to avoid steps but not “supervised” as disabled people sometimes are. Terrific evening all around.More infoThe Marine RoomPrice: Very Expensive• Seafood• La Jolla•4.7

- CChristianChicago / Illinois •3 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoThe best dining experience of our lives. My wife and I are quite the foodies. We were celebrating our 5 year wedding anniversary and when booking the reservation I noted it. Upon arriving we were greeted with the wait staff wishing us a happy anniversary and having rose petals spread across our table. We started the evening with a half dozen or assorted oysters, BY FAR THE. BEST WE HAVE EVER EATEN. Literally melted in our mouths. Continued our evening with the crab cake which was also booming with flavor and extremely creamy. We both ordered the 10oz filet & 7oz lobster tail for our entrees. The filet was incredible and once again the lobster tail was BY FAR the best of our lives. Never had lobster just fall apart as soon as you bite into it. We shared the truffle Mac and cheese and wow, just incredible. We were given a small portion of their famous bananas foster and butter pecan ice cream on the house, once again the textures and flavors were just incredible. Finished our evening with a couple espresso martinis that were just right. Already planning our next visit and can’t thank Eddie V’s enough!More infoEddie V's - La JollaPrice: Very Expensive• Seafood• La Jolla•4.9
