Lovely ambience, took our teenage son who’s just discovered a love for Rock etc & was blown away by the memorabilia on show, so happy teenager happy parents! He also has a nut allergy & this was discussed with us in full when we placed our orders, so everyone was happy-total professional staff! Was also celebrating a big birthday & staff produced ice cream & encouraged a Happy Birthday from fellow customers. Was a truly lovely visit, staff were attentive, kind, efficient, very professional & a credit to their employers. Well done, we will be back & definitely recommend to friends. Thank you from a happy mum & birthday girl xxc

Lovely Afternoon Tea. Sandwiches were very tasty and the scones gorgeous. Didn’t have any of the cakes as we were too full but they were boxed up for us so yet to have them. The alcoholic cocktail was most enjoyable together with the champagne we ordered. Went to another high end hotel last year but we all agreed The Lanesborough was far nicer. The staff were friendly and nothing too much trouble and the ambience was relaxing. Definitely recommend.
