Greeted immediately and given choice of seating. Prompt and attentive service from bar staff, as we chose to sit at bar. Staff suggested their replacing a beer when mentioned it did not taste like what was ordered. Appetizer and meals served hot. Staff checked back frequently. Nice background music. Enjoyable, relaxed, delicious meal!

This was our first time at Pier W. We were seated at the Booth facing Lake Erie and downtown Cleveland. They said that’s the best table in the restaurant. Our waitress went above and beyond our expectations as she was always asking if we need anything and always making sure everything is ok. The meal exceeded our expectations as the meal was so good. You have to try the buckeye torte. Out of this world. We will definitely be back.

Don’t try to book the counter, even if it gives you that option. They don’t take reservations for the counter and the hostess told me they are trying to figure out how to fix that. Otherwise, great food, service and ambiance!!

Lunch was very good as always. Love that smash burger. So good.

Taza does everything right. We eat here regularly and they are consistently excellent. The food is delicious; the service is excellent. The atmosphere/ambiance is good for a quiet meal or a group gathering.
