She was the best !!More infoLattitude (West Springfield, Massachusetts)Price: Moderate• Global, International• West Springfield•4.8
- AAudreyColumbus •8 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoGreat meal, outstanding service (we felt the server was particularly attentive), and a great atmosphere, though for older folks the noise level was a little high and for an anniversary dinner, we were seated very close to others. The rosemary focaccia bread is simply amazing, it's hard not to spoil your dinner by eating the generous portion served!More infoB NapoliPrice: Moderate• Contemporary Italian• West Springfield•4.9
- AAmberCentral and Western MA •1 review5.0Dined 6 days agoExcellent date night. We get a gift card for Christmas and go around Valentine's Day every year. Our server was Maureen C and she was amazing. I ordered Mozzarella al Bufala Fresca as an appetizer and found we didn't like it, it was extremely salty. Our server was very kind about it, taking it off the check. Everything else was amazing. We also ordered Mozzarella In Carozza as an appetizer and loved it. I personally had some issues finding something to order, as I'm allergic to mushrooms and don't really eat pasta, but that's not the restaurants fault. I ordered the Salmone alla Brace and loved it. My partner ordered Fettucini Affredo and they were able to add lobster to the dish (for an upcharge of course). Both dishes came with a salad. My dish also came with a pasta, but I was able to substitute it out for a side of squash and zucchini. We got our desserts to go. I ordered the crème brûlée and my partner ordered the lava cake. They were also amazing. Everything was packaged to go seperately (like my squash/zucchini was in a different container than my salmon) and the food was wrapped up for us. We were sat in the room to the right when you walk in and we loved it. The seating was quiet, private and not crowded, I think there were maybe 2 other tables seated there. We go every year and this was our best time yet. A huge part of that was how amazing our server was. 10 out of 10 stars. Would go again.More infoVilla NapoletanaPrice: Moderate• Italian• East Longmeadow•4.6
- MMichelleNew York City •1 review5.0Dined on 15 Feb 2025Went on Valentine's Day, normally don't do prefix menus, but this did not disappoint. We had reservations for 8:30 and got a table in the back room, great ambiance, server was great. We had the lobster bisque and crab cake for appetizer and for entree the halibut and ribeye. The ribeye was so tender I cut it with the butter knife (one of the best steaks I have had). Dessert was chocolate mousse 1 eaten there and 1 to go. Overall amazing night for valentine's day and my fiancé. Thank you Max's !!More infoMax Tavern - SpringfieldPrice: Expensive• American• Springfield•4.5
- SSally1 review4.0Dined on 12 Feb 2025A bowl of delicious goulash with good bread, and the richest, most flavorful, robust coffee ever, make for a perfect and satisfying lunch on a budget! The food, as always, is outstanding. There are but a few (perhaps petty) reasons for not giving 5 stars across the board: 1. The bread rolls were really good, though serving them warm would make a very big and impressionable difference. There’s something comforting about butter melting into warm bread, so cold bread rolls are disappointing. It’s all about attention to detail. 2. The service was very good — but not exceptional. There was some waiting to get past that accounts for 4, not 5 stars. The Student Prince Prince offers unparalleled, authentic old world charm that is thankfully lovingly preserved. What a wonderful New England landmark! Thank you! Looking forward to another visit.More infoThe Student Prince CafePrice: Moderate• Steakhouse• Springfield•4.6
