- CCathyChicago / Illinois •2 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWe were seated quickly as we had reservations. Farther from the beautiful tree, but we could see some of it. Our meals were delicious! We had the Lobster Biisque soup, Cranberry Citrus Chicken Salad Croissant, and Lobster Ravoli. Everything was scrumptious! Our server, Yolanda, was very attentive. Offered a few selections and brought us drinks. Online reservations were a bit challenging as time slots only opened up the day before our scheduled arrival. Overall, our experience at The Walnut Room was delightful!More infoThe Walnut Room - ChicagoPrice: Expensive• American• Downtown / Loop•4.6

The timing of the service of each course was perfect! We never felt rushed and we did take our time enjoying each and every bite! All staff were great. Our server Nina was exceptional! Great knowledge of the dishes as well as the wines that complimented them. She was so genuine, nice and fun which added so much to our experience! We had the squash blossoms, blue prawns, insulate di cicoria (which was plentiful- we shared it) wild boar papperdelle pasta dish, and spaghetti ala vongole! Had a great bottle of vermentino that was featured this week. Finished with tiramisu, espresso martini and limoncello! Buonissima! Almost forgot to mention the view! Adore the French onion soup, the frites with aioli, the salad Lyonnaise. It's all great! With friendly, professional service and a total Parisian vibe.More infoLe Bouchon - ChicagoPrice: Expensive• French• Bucktown / Wicker Park•4.8

We were seated in the back room which on a cold night felt a little less cozy but on the flip side was quieter so easy to catch up with friends.More infoDaisies ChicagoPrice: Expensive• American• Logan Square•4.7

The service was great, drinks paired very well, and it was cool to learn the history to everything we ate. I would definitely recommend.More infoMirraPrice: Expensive• Mexican• Bucktown / Wicker Park•4.7
